Charges per kayak:

        only £85 for first week then £60 per additional week

                        £25 for first day then £15 per additional day

                                         4.9 metres long, foot pedal rudder, fore and aft hatches

these double skin 'unsinkable' kayaks have an ergonomically moulded cockpit seat, are easy to paddle, weigh only 18kg and - most important - are great fun ! 

 

Book first* then pick up (roof rack + tie downs required - or hire / buy a HandiRack) 

 

We will, by arrangement, deliver/collect within a reasonable distance for a reasonable charge: £10 plus £1 per mile from Inverness for up to 4 'yaks (3 sea kayaks) delivered to the same location.

 

Day hires and longer may be collected the previous evening

All returns are to be made by 6PM on the last day of hire.

 

* reservations are subject to a non refundable deposit of 30% of the rental charge.

Identifying documentation (passport or driving license) and a refundable deposit# are required on collection.

Like you we do not think that it is necessary to spend huge sums to get out on the water - one of our great national assets and (so far) not rationed or subject to lots of restrictions beyond those necessary to show consideration to other users, the environment and stakeholders. Our range of boats are made from rotationally moulded polyethylene so have recyclable hulls at the end of a very long life. No osmosis or painting ever as the colour is through the full skin depth which is water impervious and sealed without the need for a gel coat: touch up with sandpaper and a hairdryer !

Atlantic Focus moved to leisure boating from the commercial fishing sector where direct supply and keen pricing is the norm.
